Good news in the latest report on teen pregnancy.Ty Chandler has that story and more in today's health watch report.A new government report finds teenage girls are having fewer babies. The Centers for Disease Control says teen birth rates in the US are at their lowest since health officials started tracking the information more than 60 years ago.Births rates in other age groups are also down. Experts say the recession and a decline in immigration are likely reasons why teenagers are having fewer babies. There could be a way to tell which children will get over their dyslexia.A Stanford University study shows that brain imaging can predict which teens with dyslexia can learn to read within three years.Researchers used the scans to identify brain activity that allows dyslexia patients to overcome reading problems. They say these findings could lead to new treatments for people with learning disabilities. And a new study shows people who smoke menthol cigarettes may have a harder time kicking the habit. Menthol cigarettes produce a cooling sensation which makes the smoke less harsh and allows people to take bigger, longer puffs. Researchers believe that can cause people to become more addicted. And those are some of the day's top medical stories, I'm Ty Chandler, CBS News, New York.
