UPDATE 12-15-10 – 8PM - The third man wanted in connection with the robbing of a Seaford man of his prescription medicine has been arrested.   Probation and Parole officials located 22 year old Michael Tinley earlier this evening and turned him over to State Police.  Tinley is charged with robbery and conspiracy and has been taken to SCI in default of cash bail.

Seaford-Delaware State Police have arrested the final suspect in the robbery of a Seaford man on the evening of December 14, 2010.  Michael A. Tinley was located by the Delaware Department of Corrections Division of Probation and Parole on earlier this evening. 

Probation and Parole turned Tinley over to Delaware State Police who charged him with Robbery and Conspiracy charges.  Tinley was incarcerated into Sussex Correctional Institute in lieu of $4,000 cash bail.

State Police are still searching for one man wanted in a prescription medicine robbery – 22 year old Michael Tinley of Seaford is still on the loose.  Tuesday evening Selbyville Police and Probation and Parole officers stopped a vehicle with both 24 year old Justin Dorey of Millsboro and 22 year old Keven Gravenor of Selbyville and turned them over to State Police in connection with the robbery of a Seaford man’s prescription medicine on December 9th.

Seaford-Yesterday evening December 14, 2010 Justin A. Dorey-24 of Millsboro and Keven Gravenor-22 of Selbyville were apprehended and charged for the December 9, 2010 robbery of  a Seaford man at this residence in the 10000 block of Brickyard Road. 

Tuesday evening Selbyville Police department along with officers from the Department of Corrections Probation and Parole division as a result of a vehicle stop detained Dorey and Gravenor.  When the officers ran a computer check they discovered Dorey and Gravenor were fugitives from the Delaware State Police. 

Dorey and Gravenor were turned over to State Troopers and arrested on Robbery and conspiracy charges. 

The third individual Michael A. Tinley Jr.-22 Seaford listed below is still wanted by the Delaware State Police.

Seaford-Delaware State Police Thursday December 9, 2010 investigated a prescription medication robbery at a residence in the 10000 block of Brickyard Road Seaford Delaware. 

Delaware State Police learned that the 50 year old victim heard a loud band at his front door around 9:33 p.m.  When the victim opened the door he observed Michael A. Tinley Jr-22 of Seaford standing in the doorway.  The victim was familiar with Tinley so allowed him to enter. 

As Tinley entered the residence Justin A. Dorey-24 of Millsboro and Keven Gravenor-22 of Selbyville immediately pushed their way into the residence.   Once inside the residence Gravenor is alleged to have offered to sell the victim “pills” (unknown type).  The victim declined Gravenor’s offer to purchase pills advising him he had his own medication and when he walked away Dorey is alleged to have punched the 50 year old victim and take his prescription medication. 

After stealing the victim’s medication Dorey, Tinley and Gravenor fled the residence.   Delaware State Police obtained arrested warrants for Dorey consisting of Robbery, Conspiracy and Offensive Touching.  Tinley and Gravenor are also wanted for Robbery and Conspiracy charges related to this incident.  When completing a computer inquiry on Tinley it was discovered that he is an Absconder from Sussex Correctional Institute work release. 

Delaware State Police is currently searching for Dorey, Tinley, and Gravenor and seek the public’s help in locating them.  Callers may remain anonymous.
